RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries, claim submissions and billing system utilization.
- Provide support to Agents within the office by assisting with appointment setting, gathering and processing of client documents and managing billing systems.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Provide dedicated, outgoing personable communication skills.
- Bi-lingual (Spanish) preferred.
- Customer service experience dealing with customers face to face preferred.
- Must demonstrate brand ambassador qualities when interacting with clients, prospects, vendors and support personnel.
- Must have reliable attendance record, quick learner, be a self-starter and a good attitude.
- Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
